The Spotify Podcast team, previously Megaphone by Spotify, sought to create an out-of-the-box workspace for their sales, ads, and publishing teams at the Podcast Movement Conference; one of the largest podcasting conferences in the world. They wanted an intentional, elevated, informed space that would stand out to clients and make their team’s meeting schedule smooth and simple.

Meeting & Lounge Conference Space
The Spotify Meeting Space and Lounge became a canvas where the cultural richness of Denver seamlessly met the vibrant identity of Spotify. It wasn't just a meeting space; together, we evolved it into an elevated yet relaxed lounge. Every detail – bespoke signage, thoughtfully selected furniture, and a custom layout – provided individual meeting spaces, an environment that balanced privacy with excitement.
In crafting experiences, we designed custom gifts for clients that became more than takeaways; they encapsulated the dynamic world of Spotify. Our Denver-inspired signage became both a visual narrative and a physical guide, capturing the city's outdoor spirit. Our special touches became integral moments – a custom coffee bar with Spotify-branded beverages and cups, allowing attendees to carry the energizing Spotify atmosphere beyond the lounge.
In elevating Spotify's presence at the Podcast Movement Conference, Creative Reserve transformed an ordinary meeting space into a lively, culturally inspired lounge. Together, we infused each element with the essence of both Denver and Spotify, crafting more than a branded environment; we created a memorable experience. Our approach went beyond aesthetics, leaving attendees with a lasting impression of Spotify's dynamic and engaging presence at the conference.
