The Spotify Podcast team, an innovator in the podcasting space sought to create an after-conference party for clients, collaborators, and creators, that represented the Spotify brand, the spirit of LA, and the elevated playfulness that is inherent to their brand. They wanted a space that felt relaxed but luxe, and would accommodate the different backgrounds of all of their clients, while creating a high-touch container for networking.

The Spotify Podcast team envisioned a space that seamlessly blended relaxation with luxury, embodying the distinctive Spotify vibe while welcoming a diverse range of guests – from clients to creators and industry executives. The event served as a post-conference celebration following the Podcast Movement Conference, solidifying Spotify's presence as a title sponsor.
Creative Reserve took charge to transform the iconic Grass Room DTLA venue into a branded afterparty haven. Custom signage was meticulously designed to harmonize the Megaphone by Spotify brand, a fusion representing Spotify's recent acquisition of Megaphone. This thoughtful branding extended to the selection of custom furniture and decor vignettes strategically placed throughout the space, in synergy with the signage and lighting design to elevate the ambiance.
The event featured carefully curated live music performances, complementing the desired atmosphere without overshadowing the overall experience. Custom branded graphics were projected throughout the venue, reinforcing the Megaphone by Spotify brand presence.
In the realm of culinary delights, Creative Reserve managed and selected top-notch food and beverage vendors. Guests were treated to an exclusive menu, showcasing stunning hors d'oeuvres, fusion foods, and craft cocktails. As an extra perk, an Uber code campaign provided ride tickets for guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable event experience.
With a venue boasting multiple areas, Creative Reserve flawlessly managed event staffing, ensuring VIP treatment for guests and adhering to the venue's strict guest policy. The result was an unforgettable night that seamlessly blended the essence of the Spotify brand with the dynamic world of podcasting, leaving a lasting impression on attendees and reinforcing Spotify's position as an industry innovator.
