Conference & Networking Event
In collaboration with the BRA Network, an organization dedicated to empowering the female entrepreneurial community, we embarked on a transformative journey to revitalize their flagship event – the Wealthy Women Summit, hosted aboard the Sir Winston Yacht in Long Beach, CA. The vision was clear – to create an extraordinary celebration of female entrepreneurship, wealth building, and community. The Wealthy Women Summit aimed to delve into education with two days of insightful conference-style programming led by influential female innovators and entrepreneurs.
Our mission extended beyond the event as we strategically united existing in-person communities with digital ones, fostering natural interactions that could lead to partnerships and community growth. Our role as full-scale producers involved meticulous planning, from location and vendor selection to program development, branded gifting, and food and beverage management. We designed a space as unconventional as the BRA Network's founder – a space that emanated strength, femininity, and the unique essence of the BRA Network without succumbing to stereotypes.
The environmental design exuded opulence and wealth through a feminine lens. From carefully curated furniture to thoughtful stage design, we maintained a class and modern style that felt intentional. The event was more than an experience; it was a collection of memorable moments. Thoughtful gifting, down to details like custom crafted "WeWo" pins gifted to attendees, became keepsakes capturing the essence of the event. Merchandise featured sassy slogans like "Nautie Yachtie" and nautical elements, engaging our audience and encapsulating the unique WeWo Summit experience.
Creative Reserve not only delivered an extraordinary event but set a new standard for the Wealthy Women Summit. We created a space that celebrated, educated, and left a lasting impression on all attendees. The Wealthy Women Summit aboard the Sir Winston Yacht was not just an event; it was a testament to the power of female entrepreneurship and community building.
